Semantic Network Manual Annotation and its Evaluation

�e present contribution is a brief extract of (Novák, 2008). �e Prague Dependency Treebank (PDT) is a valuable resource of linguistic information annotated on several layers. �ese layers range from morphemic to deep and they should contain all the linguistic information about the text. �e natural extension is to add a semantic layer suitable as a knowledge base for tasks like question answering, information extraction etc. In this paper I set up criteria for this representation, explore the possible formalisms for this task and discuss their properties. One of them, Multilayered Extended Semantic Networks (Multi-Net), is chosen for further investigation. Its properties are described and an annotation process set up. I discuss some practical modifications of MultiNet for the purpose of manual annotation. MultiNet elements are compared to the elements of the deep linguistic layer of PDT. �e tools and problems of the annotation process are presented and initial annotation data evaluated. 1

Using the Superpopulation Model for Imputations and Variance Computation in Survey Sampling

This study is aimed at variance computation techniques for estimates of population characteristics based on survey sampling and imputation. We use the superpopulation regression model, which means that the target variable values for each statistical unit are treated as random realizations of a linear regression model with weighted variance. We focus on regression models with one auxiliary variable and no intercept, which have many applications and straightforward interpretation in business statistics. Furthermore, we deal with caseswhere the estimates are not independent and thus the covariance must be computed. We also consider chained regression models with auxiliary variables as random variables instead of constants

FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FEE FOR USE OF THE RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE

It is necessary to update the current system of levying charges for railway infrastructure to reflect the current market situation, to take into account the new transport strategy established by the European Union, and to reflect legislative changes in relation to Directive 2012/34/EU on creating a single European railway area. International trends aim to categorize tracks according to technical parameters and parameters based on shipment time, as well as many others. The existence of different opinions on the amount and way to charge fees for railway infrastructure have led the authors of this academic paper to create a plan for a system of charges to be derived from the current production factors as well as from a number of specific new factors used in countries neighboring the Czech Republic

Production of a rotating vessel

Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby nádoby, která je součástí přístroje na výrobu cukrové vaty. Jedná se o válcovou součást s dírou ve dně, vyrobeného z nerezové austenitické chrom-niklové oceli 1.4301 tloušťky 1,5 mm. Vzhledem k sérii 50 000 kusů ročně, byla zvolena technologie tažení bez ztenčení stěny. Tažení se uskuteční v jedné operaci. Vzhledem k vypočtené síle byl pro nástroj určen hydraulický lis ZHS 400 o jmenovité síle 4 000 kN.The thesis is concerned with the concept of an rotating vessel, that is a part of cotton candy machine. A drawing is cylindrical shape with circular a hole in the bottom, which is made of austenitic chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 with the thickness 1,5 mm. Due to the production volume 50 000 units per year, the pulling technology without wall thinning was choosen. The process of drawing will be performer in one operation. Due to calculated force, the ZHS 400 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 4 000 kN was chosen.

Role of arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis and composition of arbuscular mycorrhizal communities among plants from different functional groups

Arbuscular mycorrhiza is a type of mutualistic symbiosis between most plant species and fungi from the phylum Glomeromycota. Both partners exchange nutrients. The fungus provides inorganic substances especially phosphorus and receives the products of photosynthesis from the plant. Mycorrhiza also affects plant growth and resistance against pathogens. The composition of AM fungi community is, apart from abiotic factors, also driven by the host plant traits such as photosynthetic type, growth form, life cycle, CSR strategy, N-fixation or mycorrhizal status. The role of mycorrhizae also differs among different plant functional types. This thesis describes the differences in composition and diversity of AM fungal communities among plants with different ecophysiological traits and summarizes the role of mycorrhiza for different plant functional types.Arbuskulární mykorhiza je mutualistické soužití většiny druhů rostlin a hub z oddělení Glomeromycota. V symbióze dochází k oboustranné výměně živin, při které houba získává od rostliny produkty fotosyntézy, a naopak dodává látky anorganické, především fosfor. Mykorhiza má vliv na růst a obranyschopnost rostlin. Složení společenstev AM hub je kromě abiotických faktorů ovlivněno také vlastnostmi hostitelských rostlin, jako jsou typ fotosyntézy, růstová forma, délka životního cyklu, CSR strategie, schopnost fixovat vzdušný dusík, či mykorhizní status. Také význam, který mykorhiza má, je různý pro rostliny s odlišnými vlastnostmi. Hlavní část práce tvoří popis problematiky rozšíření stávající organizace k údržbě a organizace k řízení zachování letové způsobilosti o letouny Cirrus SR22. Dále se práce věnuje systémem prohlídek a údržby letounů Cirrus SR22. Součástí práce je vypracován program údržby pro konkrétní letoun Cirrus SR22.The master thesis describes maintenance of Cirrus SR22 airplanes. The introductory part deals with the maintenance system of aircraft by approved maintenance organizations and also with relevant legislation. The main part consists of a description of the issue of expansion of the existing maintenance organization and the continuing airworthiness management organization of Cirrus SR22 airplane. Analysis of the Behavior of the Liquid in the Tank

Součástí této práce je rešerše, která obsahuje rozbor základních jízdních situací jako je brzdění na vodorovné rovině, brzdění z kopce, brzdění do kopce a průjezd zatáčkou. Pro tyto jízdní situace jsou řešeny brzdné dráhy, mez smyku a mez převrácení cisternového vozidla. Na základě zmíněných jízdních situací je zpracována metodika výpočtu relativního klidu kapaliny a následně je tato metodika výpočtu aplikována na zvoleném cisternovém vozidle.The bachelor thesis deals with the methodology of the basic cases of behavior of the liquid in the tank during transport on the road. Research of this thesis includes analysis of basic driving situations such as braking on a horizontal plane, braking downhill, braking uphill and cornering. For those transport situations are solved braking distances, skid limit and tank vehicle overturn limit.
